Two partners who built IVO on the same belief: that good advice should always end in action.
Sam Bello
Sam Bello is Co-Founder of IVO and leads the firm’s Business Advisory, Risk and Performance Improvement practice. He advises boards, executive leadership teams and business owners on strategy, governance, operational excellence, enterprise transformation and business performance, helping organizations translate strategy into disciplined execution and measurable results.
A trained accountant, Sam holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, an Executive MBA from Rome Business School and an MSc in Information Technology specializing in Artificial Intelligence. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and holds additional international professional qualifications and fellowships.
With more than 13 years across fintech, financial services, SaaS, procurement, accounting and engineering, he has served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner and Executive Director. He has founded and co-founded multiple ventures, led operations across North America, and works across governance, operating model design, performance management, executive reporting and business transformation.
Artificial intelligence is a core pillar of his advisory practice. He applies intelligent automation, AI agents and workflow orchestration to modernize finance, operations and enterprise processes, underpinning IVO’s Digital Business Solutions practice and helping organizations build scalable systems that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Samuel Imoru
Samuel leads IVO’s audit, assurance and compliance practice. With over 10 years across internal audit, enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, supply chain and business transformation, he helps organizations strengthen governance, tighten controls and build the systems behind sustainable growth.
As Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at Hogan Guards Limited, he led audit strategy and compliance for an organization of more than 3,000 personnel and spearheaded an enterprise-wide ERP implementation integrating operations across every department.
He directed nationwide payroll reconciliation, policy development, operational audits and risk management initiatives, and earlier strengthened inventory controls and compliance across multiple locations at Sweet Sensation Confectionery. Samuel holds a BSc in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management and the Chartered Institute of Warehousing and Materials Management.
